MYPROCUREMENT.FR : A SOLUTION PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE BY SANOFI FOR ITS SUPPLIERS

Sanofi has selected the developed solution by MyProcurement company to secure document management, in accordance with regulations concerning the fight against undeclared work and the employment of foreign nationals without a work permit.

Targeted suppliers

  • Any French company receiving from Sanofi an order with amount net of tax of € 5000 or more.
  • Any non-French company receiving from Sanofi an order with amount net of tax of € 5000 or more and requiring operation on French territory.

Required documents

Sanofi requires its targeted suppliers to file the following 3 mandatory documents on the MyProcurement platform :

  • document certifying the regularity of social security declarations and social security contributions payment for employees,
  • certificate of the company's registration,
  • list of foreign employees who are required to obtain work permits to work in France.

How

  • Complete the registration form, accessible from the homepage https://myprocurement.frby clicking on the button "Free Registration“.
  • File the 3 mandatory and valid documents in section « Documents and contracts ».
  • Make updates necessary to maintain online validity of these documents, during the duration of the order.
